1. Visa

We provide the necessary documents for obtaining student visa: an invitation letter from school, JW 202 form. With these documents the student should contact the Chinese Embassy in own country, Chinese Embassy may request additional documents, this information need to check with the Embassy. Student gets a visa for 30 days after crossing the border. University extends students visa upon arrival if student doesn’t have any debt.

2. Transfer

The way from airport to university campus can become not a pleasant adventure if you do not speak in local language. We organize pick up service for our students. Beijing shuttle service costs $40 per person.

3. Guardianship

According to Chinese law a minor student under 18 years old must have a guardian, a citizen of the People’s Republic of China, particularly in our case with a Beijing registration. The guardian issued a power of attorney at the notary at the place of registration of parents a minor, which gives the right to give the interests of the child during stay abroad, without the right to adoption issues, termination of parental rights, without the right of alienation of property belonging to the child.

Letter of attorney certified by a notary, translated into the Chinese language. Original copy needs to be sent to Beijing.

4. Supervisor

There is a supervisor in each institution – an employee of our company. Supervisors are always staying in touch with students, parents and educational institutions. Every month reports academic performance and social life to the parents.

5. Excursions

We organize sightseeing trips for our students in Beijing.

6. Short-term programs

Organize summer programs: summer camp and summer language courses, a group training programs for students and teachers.
